Three executives from FAST Logistics Group, a leading end-to-end logistics solutions provider in the Philippines, have been named members of the Department of Trade and Industry’s (DTI) Supply Chain and Logistics Guild.

The DTI established the Guild to provide pro bono guidance to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in various areas of logistics, including transport, warehousing, and Cold Chain. It also seeks to help entrepreneurs overcome operational challenges and strengthen their competitiveness in the market.

FAST’s CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr., VP for Strategic Growth Initiatives Gladys S. Ceniza, and ColdChain Business Unit Head Marc Anthony D. Dizon were invited to join the Guild.

Seasoned Business Leaders Committed to MSME Growth and Excellence

Manny has led FAST to become a pioneer in sustainable logistics in the Philippines. Under his leadership, the company has developed green initiatives, built mega distribution centers powered by renewable energy, and empowered MSMEs with supply chain solutions. Manny continues to advance FAST’s mission of creating a more efficient, inclusive, and sustainable logistics ecosystem.

He joined FAST in 1997 as a systems engineer and has since risen through the ranks, holding critical leadership roles across warehouse and transport operations.

Gladys brings over 30 years of experience in corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and academia. At FAST, she has played a key role in driving strategic initiatives and marketing efforts that have expanded the company into new verticals and market segments, including MSMEs. With her leadership, FAST has forged partnerships with government agencies and business organizations to promote innovation, foster growth, and support nation-building.

Before joining FAST, she held executive positions at Aboitiz Land Inc. and Ayala Land Inc., following her early career at SGV Consulting (the Philippine office of Andersen Consulting). She also founded consultancy ventures such as Marketworks Asia and Singa Properties Marketing.

Meanwhile, Marc is a seasoned expert in supply chain and cold chain management and business development. He oversees innovation efforts and expansion of the company’s Intelligent ColdChain Solutions network.

Beyond his work at FAST, Marc serves as Technical Consultant for the Cold Chain Association of the Philippines and Technical Lead for the Cold Chain Emerging Market Program – Southeast Asia Cold Chain Project (Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam) under the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Supporting DTI Vision: FAST as a Partner in Nation-Building

Manny, Gladys, and Marc are well-positioned to help MSMEs improve logistics efficiency, strengthen supply chain resilience, and adopt sustainable practices. With their extensive experience and deep industry knowledge, they aim to guide entrepreneurs in addressing logistics challenges and optimizing operations.

“Being part of the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild allows us to give back by sharing our knowledge and experience with MSMEs that drive local economies,” said Manny. “This initiative truly resonates with FAST’s ‘Logistics Para sa Bayan’ advocacy, as we work together to create a more connected, efficient, and inclusive logistics ecosystem for the country.”

Gladys emphasized that FAST regards strong partnerships with the government as a critical business strategy. “By aligning with public initiatives, we can accelerate industry-wide transformation and ensure that logistics information are accessible and available for enterprises.”

Marc added: “The Guild represents collaboration in action. By working hand in hand with DTI and fellow industry leaders, we can help MSMEs strengthen their logistics capabilities and ensure that every Filipino business — big or small — has access to reliable, sustainable, and modern supply chain solutions.”

How to Connect with Guild Consultants

Guild members volunteer their time and expertise to help MSMEs optimize resources, expand market reach, and adapt to the evolving business landscape.

Interested enterprises or organizations may contact the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Group (SCLG) by sending an email that includes their specific logistics concerns. The DTI SCLG will then connect them with the most suitable consultant to address their needs.

Business leaders from supply chain solution firms, FMCG companies, and the academe comprise the Guild.

FAST’s participation and support for the DTI SCLG reaffirm the company’s commitment to empowering businesses of all sizes, especially MSMEs, through innovative logistics solutions and strong public-private collaboration.
