FAST Logistics Group, the Philippines’ leading provider of end-to-end logistics, is closing 2025 with strong momentum and a renewed commitment to nation-building following a year defined by expansion and strategic partnerships. We have achieved significant milestones that reinforced our position as an industry leader and value-chain optimizer.

Throughout the year, FAST strengthened its ability to serve businesses of all sizes, expanded into fast-growing market segments, and deepened its sustainability commitments. These initiatives reflect FAST’s strategy of leveraging expertise and infrastructure to empower Filipino enterprises to scale and improve market access.

As supply chains become more complex and customer expectations continue to rise, logistics is no longer simply a cost center—it has become a driver of competitiveness and inclusive growth. FAST’s initiatives in 2025 demonstrate how logistics can unlock opportunities for businesses and industries critical to national development.

Here is a rundown of FAST’s key milestones in 2025.

1) Opening Four New Outlets to Support Small Businesses and Farmers

With 99% of Philippine enterprises belonging to the micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) segment, FAST doubled down on building logistics solutions that help small businesses and farmers overcome barriers to access such as high shipping costs, inconsistent service reliability, and limited reach outside major cities.

In 2025, FAST expanded its footprint through the unveiling of four new outlets located in Nueva Vizcaya, Albay, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and local government units. These outlets form part of FAST’s growing network designed to bring reliable, scalable delivery closer to key markets. It also enabled FAST to offer its hub-to-door logistics solution to more businesses.

This expansion strengthens FAST’s consolidated cargo offerings—particularly Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and Less-than-Container Load (LCL) solutions—giving MSMEs access to the same high-quality logistics capabilities trusted by major FMCG brands, without requiring large shipment volumes. The initiative was shaped by FAST’s close engagement with MSMEs, as well as roundtable discussions with businesses and government partners. FAST ensured that its logistics solutions were rooted in business needs such as affordability, speed, and reliability.

These sessions — conducted across Aritao in Nueva Vizcaya; Santiago City, Cauayan, and Ilagan in Isabela; Ormoc and Tacloban in Leyte; Legazpi in Albay; Naga in Camarines Sur; and Sorsogon City in Sorsogon — helped FAST better understand the common and distinct needs of MSMEs nationwide.

By strengthening logistics access in growth regions, FAST helps enable a more inclusive economy, where MSMEs can sell beyond their immediate communities, and farmers can connect more efficiently to markets with reduced spoilage and better value recovery.

2) Launching New Crossdock Facility in Laguna

As an industry leader in FMCG logistics, FAST launched a new facility in Laguna to offer Flow by FAST, a system-guided crossdocking solution designed as an alternative to direct-to-store deliveries. This solution supports faster, more efficient cargo movement from warehouses to modern trade channels in South Luzon.

FAST consolidates shipments and co-loads them based on system-guided schedules aligned with receiving windows of supermarkets and retail stores. With Flow by FAST, FMCG companies can pay per occupied space instead of full truckload rates for cost savings.

Having worked with the biggest FMCG brands for over 50 years, FAST continues to design and deliver solutions that address evolving supply chain requirements.

FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel Onrejas Jr. represented the Philippines at the APEC Workshop on Greening the Logistics Sector, where he presented the nation’s perspective on the opportunities and challenges of building sustainable supply chain.

3) Representing the Philippines at APEC Workshop on Green Logistics

FAST further strengthened its position as a thought leader in logistics by participating in national and international platforms that shape future-ready supply chains.

FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr. represented the Philippines at the APEC Workshop on Promoting Green SMEs Logistics Service Providers in Hanoi, Vietnam, contributing insights on building greener and inclusive logistics systems.

During the two-day dialogue, Manny urged APEC member-economies to adopt FAST’s “Big Brother” approach, an inclusive model to uplift small businesses and farmers by giving them access to logistics tech, insured delivery, and fuel savings. He emphasized that FAST, because of its scale and network, could serve as a supportive, large-scale mentor to help smaller players compete with larger corporations while advancing green logistics goals.

4) Launching ESG Strategy and Net Zero Commitment by 2050

Recognizing that sustainability is central to logistics and responsible growth, FAST launched its ESG Strategy and formal Commitment to Net Zero by 2050. This reinforces the company’s role as a leader in sustainable logistics in the Philippines.

The milestone was announced at Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines (SCMAP) Conference and the Philippine Net Zero Conference 2025. These commitments strengthen FAST’s roadmap for lowering emissions, improving energy efficiency, and scaling greener logistics solutions over time.

This is a significant development for the Philippine logistics sector, as FAST operates the country’s largest warehouse footprint of over two million square meters across more than 150 warehouse sites nationwide, and manages an extensive transport fleet of over 3,100 vehicles of all types and sizes.

As a related milestone, FAST supported sustainability projects of other companies such as Ajinomoto Philippines. FAST launched a 40-footer fully electric vehicle and high-capacity EV charging station designed for large-scale deliveries of Ajinomoto products. Check out the highlights of the launch here.

5) Expanding Presence in Agro-Logistics

This year, FAST also showcased its agro-logistics capabilities. It transported two tons of Guimaras mangoes—sourced directly from farmers—to Manila for the International Food Exhibition (IFEX). This initiative underscored FAST’s ability to move time-sensitive goods while preserving product quality and value. Learn more from the video below.

FAST also joined Agrilink 2025, strengthening its visibility as a logistics partner for agricultural producers and traders who require dependable transport and warehouse solutions.

The company further reinforced its capabilities in transporting vegetables and fruits through partnerships with the Nueva Vizcaya Agricultural Terminal Inc. (NVAT) and Agro-DigitalPH, helping improve distribution efficiency and access to reliable supply chain infrastructure for farmers and agribusiness stakeholders. Check out the following video.

6) Strengthening Footprint in Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Logistics

FAST strengthened its presence in pharmaceutical logistics through its participation in PhilMedical Expo 2025, highlighting its ability to support pharmaceutical and medical supply chain requirements such as secure handling, compliance, inventory, and reliable distribution networks.

FAST supports healthcare logistics through a combination of integrated solutions, including warehouse solutions and multimodal transport via land, air, sea, and RoRo, as well as Intelligent ColdChain Solutions and toll manufacturing.

7) Joining DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild

Three FAST executives — CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr., VP for Strategic Growth Initiatives Gladys S. Ceniza, and ColdChain Business Unit Head Marc Anthony D. Dizon — were named members of the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild.

The Guild was established to provide pro bono guidance to MSMEs in logistics areas such as transport, warehousing, and Cold Chain, helping entrepreneurs address operational challenges and improve market competitiveness. Guild members volunteer their time and expertise to help MSMEs optimize resources and adapt to the evolving business landscape.

MSMEs seeking assistance may contact the DTI Supply Chain and Logistics Guild via email, which will connect them with the most suitable Guild consultant.

FAST Logistics Group partnered with the Department of Social Welfare and Development Region IV-A to provide jobs for beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps).

8) Hiring of 4Ps Beneficiaries and Welcoming 1st Batch of Management Trainees

FAST continued investing in its people, guided by the belief that they are its greatest resource.

In 2025, the company partnered with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to provide hiring pathways for beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). FAST also worked with local government units to recruit talents and meet workforce requirements during warehouse transitions and operational scaling.

This year, FAST also welcomed four new Management Trainees assigned for warehouse operations. This program supports leadership continuity and strengthens pipeline of future logistics leaders.

9) Providing End-to-End Trade Fair Logistics Support for MSMEs

Trade fairs are often a turning point for MSMEs seeking new customers, buyers, and distributors. But logistics challenges can prevent small businesses from participating or maximizing outcomes. FAST helps bridge this gap by providing end-to-end trade fair logistics support. This solution includes coordinated product pickup and consolidation, warehousing and staging, and timed event deliveries to event venues.

This year, FAST provided end-to-end trade fair logistics support for Bicol entrepreneurs who joined the following:

10) Sharing Logistics Innovations at Key Industry Forums

FAST served as a resource speaker in multiple industry and business forums, including:

FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel L. Onrejas Jr., Aritao Municipal Mayor Remelina Peros-Galam, and DTI Nueva Vizcaya Provincial Director Ramil D. Garcia signed a Memorandum of Partnership Agreement (MOPA) to establish a Logistics Support Kiosk at the OTOP Store in Aritao.
