FAST Logistics Group, the country’s leading end-to-end logistics solutions provider, has partnered with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) to provide suppliers with faster access to working capital through BPI’s Digital Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Program.
Through the partnership, FAST‘s suppliers can receive early payment for approved invoices before their due dates, helping improve cash flow, support daily operations, and seize growth opportunities.
Launched in 2024, BPI’s Digital SCF Program is a fully digital platform that enables suppliers to convert approved receivables into immediate liquidity. Through the platform, corporate clients upload invoices approved for payment, allowing suppliers to select invoices they wish to finance and receive funding on the same day.
“Strong supply chains are built on strong supplier relationships,” said Louie Cruz, Head of Institutional Banking at BPI. “Through our Digital Supply Chain Finance Program, we help companies like FAST Group strengthen their supplier ecosystems by providing easier access to working capital through a seamless digital experience. This partnership demonstrates how financial innovation can support business resilience and growth across the value chain.”
FAST joins a growing number of corporate clients leveraging BPI’s digital financing solutions to help suppliers manage cash flow more efficiently amid evolving business conditions.
The partnership builds on a banking relationship spanning more than two decades, reflecting the long-standing collaboration between BPI and FAST in supporting business growth and operational excellence.
Supporting Philippine Supply Chain and Creating Value Beyond Logistics
By providing earlier access to receivables, suppliers gain additional liquidity to fund operating expenses, purchase materials, manage inventory, pay employees, support logistics requirements, and invest in expansion opportunities. The solution also gives businesses greater flexibility to navigate seasonal fluctuations and changing market demands.
“Our partnership with BPI enables us to create value beyond logistics,” said Cesar Villacampa, Jr., FAST VP for Group Treasury and Financial Services. “By giving our suppliers faster access to liquidity, we help strengthen the entire supply chain, enabling our partners to operate more efficiently, pursue growth opportunities, and continue delivering reliable service to customers across the country.”
Since its launch, BPI’s Digital SCF Program has gained strong traction, with transaction volumes more than tripling in 2025 as more businesses adopt digital working capital solutions.
As companies seek greater efficiency, resilience, and agility in managing working capital, supply chain finance is becoming an increasingly important tool for strengthening supplier relationships and supporting sustainable growth.
