FAST Logistics Group, the Philippines’ largest third-party logistics (3PL) provider, joined Agentic AI Build Week 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to explore emerging AI solutions for supply chain and logistics challenges.
FAST CEO for Logistics Manuel Onrejas Jr. and Chief Information Officer Leo Sacamos Jr. served as judges in the Mobility & Aviation track, where hundreds of AI developers and enterprise innovators built next-generation AI applications for transportation, logistics, and mobility. The event also featured tracks on Food & Beverage and Retail, as well as Gaming & Finance.
Held from July 8 to 12, Agentic AI Build Week 2026 is an enterprise-focused AI hackathon organized by GenAI Fund that brings together about 2,000 AI builders, technology companies, startups, and enterprise leaders to develop agentic AI solutions for real-world business challenges with the potential for enterprise deployment.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) served as the event’s strategic partner, while OpenAI, NVIDIA, Tencent Cloud, Microsoft for Startups, Google for Developers, Qwen, KIMI, Agora, and Notion joined as technology partners. Enterprise partners KFC, GoTyme, and Vietjet Air evaluated the solutions developed during the program.
The event also featured expert workshops, enterprise collaboration sessions, hackathons, and live demonstrations focused on deploying AI at scale.
Agentic AI in Logistics: Solving Operational Challenges for Efficiency
Unlike traditional AI that primarily responds to prompts, agentic AI can reason, plan, make decisions, use digital tools, and autonomously execute complex multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention.
For FAST, participating in global agentic AI forums supports its long-term digital transformation strategy of evaluating emerging technologies that improve logistics efficiency, supply chain visibility, and customer experience.
“Artificial intelligence has the potential to reshape how supply chains anticipate disruptions, allocate resources, and respond to changing customer requirements,” Manny said. “Our participation in Agentic AI Build Week allows us to engage directly with innovators and identify solutions that may help address the complex logistics challenges faced by businesses in the Philippines.”
Leo said FAST’s digital transformation centers on building scalable technology platforms that improve operational decision-making and give customers greater visibility across their supply chains.
“Our goal is not simply to adopt new technologies, but to ensure they solve real operational challenges and can scale across our nationwide network. By exploring emerging technologies such as agentic AI while empowering our people, we aim to build supply chains that are more connected, responsive, and capable of supporting faster and better-informed decisions,” he said.
FAST’s participation in Agentic AI Build Week reflects years of strategic investments in digital transformation that have positioned the company among the Philippines’ leading technology-enabled logistics providers.

FAST Logistics Group: Advancing AI-Powered Logistics in the Philippines
As part of its digital transformation, FAST migrated from its proprietary Transport Management System (TMS) to FarEye’s AI-enabled delivery platform.
The platform provides real-time shipment visibility, intelligent route optimization, delivery orchestration, and predictive operational insights across FAST’s nationwide network. It also enables the company to introduce new capabilities more quickly while supporting the growing logistics requirements of customers across multiple industries.
FAST complements its transportation platform with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) powered by Honeywell that automates warehouse operations from inbound receiving to outbound fulfillment. The platform delivers real-time inventory visibility, improves inventory accuracy, streamlines order fulfillment, and gives customers greater control over inventory movements while enhancing operational efficiency and service reliability.
“Technology is no longer simply about digitizing existing processes. The next frontier is building intelligent supply chains that can anticipate disruptions, recommend decisions, and continuously optimize operations,” Manny said.
Looking ahead, FAST is exploring how agentic AI can strengthen transportation planning, warehouse optimization, predictive exception management, supply chain control towers, and intelligent decision support.
“We believe these emerging capabilities can further improve operational agility while enabling more proactive and data-driven supply chain management,” Leo said.
Through global technology forums such as Agentic AI Build Week, FAST continues to expand its network of AI innovators, enterprise technology providers, and solution builders across Southeast Asia. These collaborations help the company evaluate emerging technologies that can be responsibly adopted and scaled across the Philippine logistics industry.
As one of the country’s technology leaders in logistics, FAST Logistics Group remains committed to investing in innovations that make supply chains smarter, more transparent, more resilient, and more responsive to the evolving needs of businesses nationwide.
